These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the M-FlowMan service provided by Industry and Environment Co., Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including the I-ChemFlowMan^TM software available at m-flowman.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

The Company provides I-ChemFlowMan^TM: a desktop application for chemical substance inventory and flow management, available on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis.
• All new subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• After the trial period, billing begins automatically based on your selected plan.
• Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business customers (companies and individual business operators). You must provide a valid business registration document upon subscription.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each subscription license is issued per company and may not be transferred to a third party.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• Share, resell, or sublicense our services to third parties.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Industry and Environment Co., Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
